Attorney Terrell Roberts and Ashli Babbitt’s husband Aaron Babbitt discussed the ongoing challenges with Tucker Carlson on obtain information regarding the death of his wife Ashli Babbitt.
During the Capitol riots on January 6, 2020, unarmed Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by an unknown government employee – until now.
According to reports, Babbitt’s shooter once left his loaded firearm in a US Capitol restroom. Tucker discussed the negligent incident with Attorney Roberts. Here’s the the full interview:
On Monday, Ashli Babbitt’s killer was confirmed when a reader named “Michael” sent a picture to The Gateway Pundit identifying Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd as the officer who left his Glock 22 in the Capitol Visitor Center complex restroom back in 2019.
An article written by The Gateway Pundit contributor Larry Johnson described the incompetence of Lt. Byrd. The incident raises questions as to why Byrd was still on the job after the incident.

The image also shows he’s pointing the weapon unsafely at others around him.
Any professional firearms instructor will tell you this is not only unprofessional but dangerous.

2. NEVER POINT A WEAPON AT ANYTHING YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SHOOT
3. KEEP FINGER STRAIGHT AND OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO FIRE
4. KEEP WEAPON ON SAFE UNTIL YOU INTEND TO FIRE
The Capitol Police Officers statement regarding the killing of Ashli Babbitt saying:
The Officer could not see three uniformed Officers against the wall nearest to Ashli, was not able to see how far down the crowd extended, saw a hallway full of “oncoming people“, and claims Ashli Babbitt wearing a backpack compounded his fears leading to the shooting.
If he is telling the truth about not seeing the Officers, he is lying about Ashli Babbitt’s backpack compounding to his fears. Lt. Byrd appears to be contradicting himself multiple times in one statement.
Byrd’s defense attorney and Biden donor, Mark Schamel, issued a statement regarding his client and the shooting of Ashli Babbitt saying:
“If he’s not cleared, we don’t have a country we want to live in anymore.” – Mark Schamel
Questions still remain as to why those in power have not cooperated with the investigation to reveal exactly what happened moments before Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed.
Video surveillance of the incident has yet to be released and even more questions have been raised as to why the identity of Lt. Michael Byrd has officially been kept from the public for so many months.
Attorney Terrell Roberts and Ashli Babbitt’s husband Aaron Babbitt believe the Officer is responsible for using excessive force and executing Ashli.
Even now, the government will not release any information to the family. WHY?
