Ukraine Gets More Financial Help While Americans Suffer At Home
(MAGANews.Org) – Taxpayers have spent more than $65 billion in aid to Ukraine since Putin invaded the European nation. And now, the Biden administration plans to send another $1.7 billion, partially sponsored by the US Agency of International Development (USAID).
According to reports, the additional funding will assist with cash assistance, emergency food and shelter, logistical support, humanitarian coordination and protection, healthcare, and support for survivors of gender-based violence.

The Ukrainian government has received around $4 billion in financial support from USAID. The humanitarian organization states the funds help keep the flow of gas and electricity to schools and hospitals, pay salaries for civil servants and teachers, and get essential supplies to Ukrainian citizens in need.
During the NATO summit in Madrid, Spain, Biden stated funding Ukraine could continue indefinitely, saying,
“We are going to support Ukraine as long as it takes.”
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said rebuilding Ukraine isn’t just a local or national project but a task that belongs to the entire democratic world.
He said this while asking for $750 billion in aid to help reconstruct his country.
Meanwhile, Biden is asking for help to aid other countries; Americans are suffering from high gas prices, high cost of food and services, and a chaotic border crisis with no end in sight.
And instead of caring for Americans suffering at home, Biden is asking for billions of taxpayer dollars to help Ukraine.
