(MAGANews.org) – On Tuesday, President Donald J. Trump won another legal battle against porn star Stormy Daniels, with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals allegedly ordering her to pay an additional $121,972.56 in legal costs he spent as a result of her unsuccessful defamation claim.
Mr. Trump gained another judicial triumph against the porn star on the other side of the country. The former President was detained in New York City on 34 counts of falsifying company records regarding his alleged hush payments to Stormy Daniels.
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Los Angeles determined that Daniels must pay Mr. Trump another $121,972.56 in legal costs for a failed defamation lawsuit she filed against then-President Trump in 2018.
This is according to a social media post by Trump attorney Harmeet K. Dhillon.
“Attorneys’ fees in the amount of $121,972.56 are awarded in favor of appellee Donald J. Trump and against appellant Stephanie Clifford under the Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA), Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code $ 27.009(a)(1). 9th Cir. R. 39-1.9 is cited. The court determined that this order modifies the court’s order.”
Congratulations to President Trump on this final attorney fee victory in his favor this morning. Collectively, our firm obtained over $600,000 in attorney fee awards in his favor in the meritless litigation initiated by Stormy Daniels. https://t.co/ld7SVvZOp6 pic.twitter.com/1b5P3flxFb

The most recent decision implies that Daniels will repay Trump almost $600,000 in legal fees when added to earlier findings in his favor regarding expenses, which totaled about $500,000; the former President is also reportedly obligated to pay Daniels about $54,000 in legal costs.
Donald Trump Jr., the former President’s son, said on social media in response to the most recent decision:
“BREAKING!!! The 9th Circuit just granted Trump $121,962.56 in Stormy Daniels’ legal fees. just released the order. She owes him an additional $500k on top of this.
Laughing, I said, “I’m delighted she’s out there stating her T-shirt sales are exploding she’ll be able to pay Trump!”
BREAKING!!! the 9th Circuit just awarded Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from Stormy Daniels. Order just released. This in addition to the roughly $500k she already owes him.
LOL glad she’s out there saying her T-shirt sales are booming she’ll be able to afford to pay Trump!

Stormy Daniels made explicit remarks about Mr. Trump’s detention on social media before the decision was made. She wrote:
“Y’all keep screaming ‘cum dumpster’ like it’s a horrible thing. Being arrested is not as much fun as being under my sexy man.”

The criminal investigation started by far-left New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg over the $130,000 handed out in alleged hush money to Daniels from former Trump attorney Michael Cohen is unrelated to the decision that Daniels must pay Trump the extra $121,972.56.
After then-President Trump called a composite drawing of a man the porn star claimed had tried to frighten her about an alleged affair with Mr. Trump a “total con job,” Daniels filed a defamation lawsuit against him in 2018.
“By calling the incident a ‘con job,’ Mr. Trump’s statement would be understood to state that Ms. Clifford was fabricating the crime and the existence of the assailant, both of which are prohibited under New York law, as well as the law of numerous other states,” said her then-attorney, Michael Avenatti, who was later jailed for extortion.
Trump said, “Yet, in the end, the lawsuit was dropped last year. The case was a purely political stunt that should have never been started or allowed to happen, and I am pleased that my lawyers were able to bring it to a successful conclusion after the court fully rejected her appeal.”
After receiving nearly $300,000 from Daniels in March of last year, Mr. Trump again denied ever having an affair with Daniels. He said: “The lawsuit was a purely political stunt that never should have been started or allowed to happen.”
NEW!
President Donald J. Trump:

“All I have to do now is wait for the money she owes me,” he said.
“P.S. The Fake News probably won’t report this story,” the former President said.
The case is Clifford v. Trump, No. 20-55880, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
