Protecting The US Border! This Is A FIRST in Texas State History!
(MAGANews.Org) – The Biden Administration’s open border policy has endangered American lives and put a financial and workforce strain on states bordering Mexico.
So for the first time in state history, Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) has authorized Texas state troopers and the Texas National Guard to apprehend illegal aliens and return them to the nearest ports of entry.
Gov. Abbott took action to stop the massive incursion of illegals pouring in illegally from the border, saying in a statement,
“While President Biden refuses to do his job and enforce the immigration laws enacted by Congress, the State of Texas is once again stepping up and taking unprecedented action to protect Americans and secure our southern border.”
I issued an Executive Order authorizing the Texas National Guard & Texas Dept. of Public Safety to return illegal immigrants to the border.

Abbott’s executive order was issued in response to a massive caravan of young, military-aged males who departed from Tapachula, Mexico, last week and are now en route to the US border.
During the Trump Administration, the ‘Remain In Mexico’ law forced migrants to stay in Mexico while seeking asylum until US courts could review their case.
And now, the Biden administration, along with the help of Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh, overturned the law, further weakening our borders.
The ‘Remain In Mexico’ law helped protect Americans and keep our borders safe. With the law now removed, many migrants will suffer even more at the hands of the cartels who make a lot of money through their human trafficking operations.
Earlier this week, more than 50 migrants died behind a semi-trailer.
The only thing the Democrats have accomplished by getting the ‘Remain In Mexico’ law overturned is to promote more violence and chaos on our borders.
Let’s not forget to mention the financial burden on American taxpayers who will have to foot the bill for asylum seekers needing financial assistance from the US government during their stay.
