Stephen Colbert’s Crew Arrested, Harrassed GOP Lawmakers, Invaded US Capitol CLEARED of “Unlawful Entry” Charges While Some Trump Supporters Have Been Imprisoned For More Than A Year And A Half For Doing The Same Thing!
(MAGANews.Org) – Biden’s “two-tiered injustice” system shows how different it is when far-left liberals break laws versus conservatives.
Seven Stephen Colbert late-night show staffers employed by CBS were arrested last month for harassing GOP lawmakers and trespassing after hours in the US Capitol.
According to reports, the late-night show crew banged on Republican office doors, including Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California, Jim Jordan of Ohio, and Lauren Boebert of Colorado.
Puppeteer Robert Smigel who puppets “Triumph the Insult Dog,” associate producer Allison Martinez, show writer Josh Comers, and several others walked around the US Capitol unsupervised and uncredentialed.
They were all arrested and spent the night in jail.
The group says staffers for Rep. Jake Auchincloss, D-Mass., and House January 6 Committee Member Adam Schiff, D-Calif., let them in to film a skit based on the January 6 hearings for Colbert’s “Late Show.”
During an interview with “Jesse Watters Primetime,” ranking member on the House Committee on Administration Rep. Rodney Davis, R-Ill, said he will demand answers when Congress returns to session.
Rep. Davis also has jurisdiction over the Capitol Police and House chamber operations.

And now we learn that Biden’s DOJ WILL NOT be pressing charges on Colbert’s crew!
According to reports, they have all been cleared of “unlawful entry” charges.
Meanwhile, Trump supporters are currently rotting in prison for the exact charges!
The US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia stated they could not move forward with charges because Colbert’s group was never asked to leave by the staff members who let them in.

But didn’t Capitol Police open doors and invite people outside to enter the federal building on January 6?
Shouldn’t Colbert’s staffers face similar charges and treatment as some Trump supporters do now – in jail?
