President Trump Announced He Is Suing CNN For Repeated Defamatory Reporting Of His Presidency And His Family
(MAGANews.Org) – In a statement released today, President Trump said he will be suing fake news CNN and other media outlets over defamatory statements against him.
The statement said he intends to file a lawsuit against the fake news media outlets for defrauding the public regarding the overwhelming evidence of fraud throughout the 2020 Presidential Election.
Trump accuses CNN and some media personalities of airing false statements, even going as far as declaring him an “illegitimate elected” president in 2016.
But in 2020, CNN dismissed all election fraud claims and accused President Trump of spreading misinformation. CNN media personalities referred to it as “the Big Lie,” comparing President Trump’s rhetoric to that of Adolf Hitler and Joseph Goebbels.
The lawsuit is under Florida Statute 770.02 – Correction, apology, or retraction by newspaper or broadcast station.
