(ConcernedPatriot.com) – President Biden reportedly surprised a gathering of U.S. officials after sharing private information about the Chinese spy balloon in front of a room full of political donors.
At a fundraiser earlier this week, the president told approximately 130 guests that Chinese President Xi Jinping felt humiliated when the United States shot down a Chinese spy balloon off the coast of South Carolina in February.
Biden reportedly added, “Xi Jinping didn’t know it was there, which is why he got very upset when I shot that balloon down with two boxcars full of spy gear in it,” at a private Kentfield residence on Tuesday. “No, I’m not kidding. When dictators don’t know what happened, it’s a huge disgrace.”

The New York Times stated that an anonymous source confirmed Biden’s words were correct and that U.S. officials there were taken aback by the president’s remarks at a campaign rally.
During the private fundraiser, the president referred to Xi as a dictator, infuriating Chinese officials.
The Pentagon referred Fox News Digital to the White House when asked about Biden’s decision to divulge the secret information at a high-profile fundraiser; however, the White House has not yet responded.
When asked if the campaign event was a suitable place to deliver information that does not appear to have been made publicly available by the intelligence community, Biden’s 2024 campaign remained silent.
When asked about Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s visit to the nation and whether he might defuse international tensions, Biden may have overshared, saying the spy balloon incident “was more embarrassing than it was intentional” for China.
President Biden should’ve shot down the Chinese balloon as soon as it entered US airspace.
Instead, he waited until it collected all the data it needed – and shot it down after the mission was completed.

As for the balloon, Biden said on Saturday, “I don’t think the leadership knew where it was, knew what it was in it, and what was going on. China has some legitimate difficulties unrelated to the United States, and I think one of the things that balloon caused was not so much that it got shot down.”
he added, “I believe it was more embarrassing than purposeful.”
On Wednesday, China retaliated, stating that Biden’s remarks “severely infringe on China’s political dignity.”
“The U.S. comments are incredibly ridiculous and reckless. It is an obvious political provocation, said Mao Ning, a spokesperson for the foreign ministry, during a briefing. China “expresses strong opposition and dissatisfaction.”
