(MAGA News) – A new policy has been implemented at one of Colorado’s largest hospital systems that would DENY life-saving organ transplant patients from receiving the care they need if not vaccinated under “almost all situations.”
Leilani Lutali received a letter last month from the University of Colorado Health informing her that she was “inactivated” for “non-compliance” from the waiting list to receive a kidney for choosing not to take the jab.
The hospital gave her 30 days to comply or be removed from the transplant list indefinitely. She has stage 5 renal failure.

Lutali was told by the hospital back in August that she wouldn’t need to be vaccinated. Then suddenly, she received a letter in the mail letting her know that would no longer be the case.
The shocking news also came just AFTER she found a willing donor to give her a kidney.
During an interview with CBS4 Denver, Lutali said,
“I’ll sign a medical waiver. I have to sign a waiver anyway for the transplant itself, releasing them from anything that could possibly go wrong.
It’s surgery, it’s invasive. I sign a waiver for my life. I’m not sure why I can’t sign a waiver for the Covid shot.”
Her friend and fellow donor – Jaimee Fougner – was furious at the hospital’s callous decision not to operate saying,
“It’s your choice on what treatment you have. In Leilani’s case, the choice has been taken from her. Her life has now been held hostage because of this mandate.
Here I am, willing to be a direct donor to her. It does not affect any other patient on the transplant list. How can I sit here and allow them to murder my friend when I’ve got a perfectly good kidney and can save her life?”
Fougner is also unvaccinated.
According to an article in the New York Post on Wednesday, the University of Colorado Health (UCHealth) confirmed the segregation policy and claimed the change was necessary because 20% of transplant patients are more likely to die if they contract the virus.
How many more lives will be held hostage over this forced vaccine mandate?
But most importantly…
How many sick patients will be denied healthcare and left to die because of these forced policies?
